Is this official SHRM material?

No. FirstPass is independent study material written to the public 2026 SHRM BASK. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SHRM, and our questions are not official exam items.

When is the next testing window?

The winter window runs December 1, 2026 to February 15, 2027. SHRM's standard application deadline for that window is December 24, 2026. Check shrm.org for current dates and fees before applying.

Does it cover the SHRM-SCP, or just the CP?

Both, as separate tracks. You choose on first launch and can switch in Settings. The SCP track has its own 5,020 senior-level questions and 190 lessons.
